At OrthoWear, your comfort and satisfaction come first. If you need to return your shoes, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • The shoes must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 100 days of the delivery date.

  • Returns made for personal reasons (not related to a product defect or fulfillment error) require the customer to cover all return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Our orthopedic shoes are designed to deliver real comfort and relief when used consistently. If you don’t experience results, you may qualify for a refund under the following terms:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 100 days of the delivery date.

  • Refunds are not available for style, color, or personal preference concerns, as comfort and fit can vary by individual.

This refund policy is limited to a one-time use per customer and applies to one pair per order.
